If the boiler is rated in horsepower (you can check this by looking at the equipment plate) then its a straight conversion. 1 horsepower = 15.6 kg/hr. That of course is at max fire. The steam production isnt necessarily linear at lower fire rates but it at least gives you a place to start for your estimate.
